How the Process Works

1. Contact Optimax Consulting

Call or email Barry for a quick discussion on your requirements.

2. Provide the Relevant Documents and Information

We will provide you with a verbal quote and request the documents be emailed or posted.

3. Document Check

We will check that all the documentation provided is sealed and that nothing is missing, liaising with you as necessary. We will prepare an Acknowledgement of Service to accompany the documents. We ask the Respondent to sign this at the time of Service. NB: While we ask that they sign the Acknowledgement of Service, they do not have to.

4. Service Attempts Are Carried Out

We will attempt service and report on attempts made and include any information that is pertinent.

5. Service Documentation Is Completed

An Affidavit of Service or Attempted Service is drafted and prepared for witnessing.

6. Invoice and Affidavit Delivery

Our invoice, signed Acknowledgment of Service (if obtained) and a draft Affidavit of Service is emailed to you. On receipt of payment of our invoice, the witnessed Affidavit is emailed through to you for upload to the Portal.
